Gateway at Tempe has staff and Community Assistants on call 24-hours a day. If you have an emergency after regular business hours you can call our after hours answering service at 480.303.1018. For noise complaint or for security issues, your student can call our Courtesy Patrol Officer at Urban Tactical Security 623.853.3712.
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE MONTHLY INSTALLMENTS?
Each monthly installment at the Gateway at Tempe will include a 200+ cable package with HBO, high speed wireless Internet, free uncovered parking, a fully furnished apartment, access to all amenities, plus a $18/month water fee. The only thing not included in the monthly installment is electricity.
GOING BEYOND JUST PROVIDING A ROOM
At the Gateway at Tempe, we go beyond just providing your student a room. We are focused on supporting young people during a key stage of their development and creating environments where students can live, learn and grow.
LIVE programs facilitate the creation of a fun, friendly, diverse community through social events, sporting and recreational activity and community development programs. Events may include pancake breakfasts, movie nights, themed parties or sports competitions.
LEARN programs support academic success through study groups, student tutor support, purpose built study spaces, seminars on exam techniques and more.
GROW programs encourage residents' personal growth and transition to independence with a focus on developing life skills, cultural awareness, social conscience, and learning new skills that your student can use throughout college and beyond. Events may include classes on cooking and cleaning, resume writing workshops, international food festivals, guest speakers and involvement with local charities.
